How will I receive my ticket?
Your international airline ticket is issue as an electronic ticket (e-ticket). The e-ticket will be send to the email address you provided in the online registration form. Please be sure to print a copy of the e-ticket and bring with you to the airport to check-in.
What should I do after I receive my e-ticket?
When you receive your e-ticket, it is very important that you verify all the information. Make sure that your name matches the name in your passport and that the dates and flights are correct. If you notice any errors, please contact Echo Travel Ltd. immediately by calling 1-877-301-0899 or emailing Delegation@echotravel.ca
What should I do if I miss my flight?
Please contact the airline immediately. Airlines have representatives at each airport, who will be able to assist you. You may also contact Echo Travel Ltd. to help you find the next available flight.
Can I fly out of a hub city other than the one assigned to me by the College Board?
All flight assignments are made by the organizers. You may request a change of your assigned hub city, however, it is not guaranteed that your request can be accommodated. You may also purchase your own ticket, in which case you will be responsible for the cost of the airfare ticket. Echo Travel can arrange a flight from your requested hub city.
How early should I arrive at the Airport to check-in?
As a result of heightened security measures, we suggest that you arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.
If you are booking your own domestic flights, please make sure to arrive at the designated hub city at least 3 hours before your international flight departs.
When can I book my connecting flight, if I am arranging it on my own?
Please do not book your domestic flight until your international flight is confirmed by the organizer.

What are the carry on restrictions for domestic flights in China?
The most limiting restrictions on luggage are those dealing with Chinese domestic flights. When traveling by air within China, you are restricted to one carry-on bag and one checked bag. The checked bag must weigh less than 20 Kgs. Overweight luggage in China is penalized heavily and will delay your travel. Please remember the domestic requirements as that will be the limiting factor when traveling by air within China.
Can I upgrade my seat?
The international round-trip tickets provided by the organizers are economy class. If you wish to upgrade your ticket, you will be responsible for the price difference. Can I select my seat assignment?
The international round-trip tickets are booked under group spaces. Seat assignments are electronically assigned randomly by the airlineâ€™s computer.
